Two doors. One question.
Becker & Kennedy Direct is a direct-mail dealership organized around a single observation: the people who walk in the door are either buyers or operators. Buyers want their offer in a mailbox. Operators want to run a mailing business of their own. Both are real audiences. Neither is served by a site that talks to both at once.
So we split the building in half. The Buy door is a real catalog — three formats, six quantity bands, transparent pricing, one quote. The Sell door is a real offer — three stack tiers, 47 live storefronts, 14 acquirable names, one application.
The method underneath both is old. Hal Becker taught us to qualify before we pitch. Dan Kennedy taught us that the right message to the wrong list is a refund. Every campaign we run and every stack we license carries both lessons.
